Kathleen de la Peña McCook, KN4IJM, holds the MA from the ܽƵapp of Chicago, Graduate Library School and PhD from the ܽƵapp of Wisconsin-Madison. She has an M.A. in English Literature from Marquette ܽƵapp and B.A.in English Literature from the ܽƵapp of Illinois Chicago. She is author of Introduction to Public Librarianship (ALA Editions).
