Kathleen de la Pe帽a McCook, KN4IJM, holds the MA from the 泡芙视频app of Chicago, Graduate Library School and PhD from the 泡芙视频app of Wisconsin-Madison. She has an M.A. in English Literature from Marquette 泡芙视频app and B.A.in English Literature from the 泡芙视频app of Illinois Chicago. She is author of Introduction to Public Librarianship (ALA Editions).
