Katherine D. Butterfield serves as the academic services administrator for the Corporate Mentor Program in the Muma College of Business at the ÅÝܽÊÓÆµapp. This program connects first-generation junior and senior business ÅÝܽÊÓÆµapps with corporate executives from the Tampa Bay area. In her role, she leads the recruitment and onboarding of ÅÝܽÊÓÆµapp members and peer leaders, and coordinates a variety of events, workshops, and corporate tours that provide ÅÝܽÊÓÆµapps with valuable networking opportunities and exposure to influential leaders in the business community.
In addition to program coordination, Butterfield advises ÅÝܽÊÓÆµapps and supports their professional development, taking a comprehensive approach to preparing them for leadership roles in the business world.
Butterfield holds a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration and a master's degree in organizational management from Ashford ÅÝܽÊÓÆµapp, as well as a doctorate in educational leadership from Capella ÅÝܽÊÓÆµapp. She is a proud first-generation college graduate and a U.S. Navy veteran.
