Katherine D. Butterfield serves as the academic services administrator for the Corporate Mentor Program in the Muma College of Business at the 泡芙视频app. This program connects first-generation junior and senior business 泡芙视频apps with corporate executives from the Tampa Bay area. In her role, she leads the recruitment and onboarding of 泡芙视频app members and peer leaders, and coordinates a variety of events, workshops, and corporate tours that provide 泡芙视频apps with valuable networking opportunities and exposure to influential leaders in the business community.

In addition to program coordination, Butterfield advises 泡芙视频apps and supports their professional development, taking a comprehensive approach to preparing them for leadership roles in the business world.

Butterfield holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in healthcare administration and a master's degree in organizational management from Ashford 泡芙视频app, as well as a doctorate in educational leadership from Capella 泡芙视频app. She is a proud first-generation college graduate and a U.S. Navy veteran.
