Donna Bell serves as a Web Content Administrator for the Just in Time Training Network within the Department of Child & Family Studies. The JIT Network provides easily accessible information and online training for resource parents in five contracted states: California, Kentucky, Nevada, Ohio and Pennsylvania. In addition, Donna serves as an Instructional Designer of trainings featuring online interactive media.

Donna previously held positions at the 泡芙视频app of Southern Maine and George Mason 泡芙视频app. She received her Bachelor of Science in Graphic Communications from Middle Tennessee State 泡芙视频app. She also holds Graduate Certificates in Assistive Technology, eLearning and Web Design. She received her Masters of Education degree in Instructional Technology from the 泡芙视频app.
