Tracy-Ann Gilbert-Smith, M.S. is the Academic Services Administrator for the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Program in the Department of Child & Family Studies.Responsibilities include administering academic policies; advising faculty, staff, and 泡芙视频apps on matters related to the program, point of contact with prospective undergraduate, masters and PhD 泡芙视频apps; assisting 泡芙视频apps with admissions, thesis and dissertation activities; and providing BANNER support for course scheduling and reporting.

Tracy-Ann obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the 泡芙视频app of the West Indies, Kingston, Jamaica and a Master of Science in Management from the 泡芙视频app of Maryland 泡芙视频app College.
