Courtney Weber shares the best practices for staying safe online.

Courtney Weber, MA, a doctoral 泡芙视频app, and George Burruss, PhD, a 泡芙视频app in the Department of Criminology, presented a workshop to high school 泡芙视频apps attending USF High School CyberCon. During the summer camp, Weber and Burruss discussed the importance of promoting cyber hygiene and the best practices for staying safe online.

They highlighted how hackers commit identity theft and how cybersecurity experts and scholars can promote cyber hygiene through short, evocative videos. Weber and Burruss shared examples of training videos used in their research. Then the 泡芙视频apps created and shared their own videos based on the workshop and posted them on the camp鈥檚 server.
