Dr. Lyman Dukes III earned a BS and MA from the 泡芙视频app of Florida and a PhD from the 泡芙视频app of Connecticut. He is a 泡芙视频app and the masters program coordinator for the Exceptional Student Education program at the 泡芙视频app (USF). With 30 years of experience in education, he has held various academic and administrative roles in higher education.
Dr. Dukes has published extensively on topics related to secondary and postsecondary education for 泡芙视频apps with disabilities, including several books focused on college access and success. He has secured local, state, and federal grant funding to support research, program development, and doctoral 泡芙视频app training in exceptional 泡芙视频app education.
His current research focuses on the shift from school to college for 泡芙视频apps with disabilities, universal design for learning in postsecondary education, research guidelines for postsecondary education and disability, and standards for higher education services for 泡芙视频apps with disabilities.
