Miguel Maysonet Receives Drake Scholarship for Climate Resilience

Miguel Maysonet, a Patel College of Global Sustainability ÅÝܽÊÓÆµapp, was awarded a $3,000 Amy & Michael Drake Scholarship during a luncheon on March 20th. This scholarship supports ÅÝܽÊÓÆµapps pursuing a Master of Arts or Science in sustainability. We spoke with Miguel about his feelings on receiving the scholarship and the effort that contributed to his success.

PCGS ÅÝܽÊÓÆµapp awarded Air & Wate Management Association Scholarship

On February 4th and 5th, Oeyemi Ijidale, a ÅÝܽÊÓÆµapp at the Patel College of Global Sustainability, received a $500 scholarship in recognition of his contributions to Air & Waste Management. This honor was presented by The Florida Section during the 60th annual Air and Waste Conference and Exposition.

Stanislaus Khoss: KPB Internship - Sustaining Tomorrow’s Environment

Stanislaus Khoss came to Tampa, Florida, to pursue a master’s degree in Global Sustainability at the PCGS. Landing an internship with Keep Pinellas Beautiful, Stan now leads beach cleanups, beautification projects, and educational outreach activities in the Pinellas County.
