Staff Role
Although the curriculum accounts for the majority of ÅÝܽÊÓÆµapps' prescribed learning, we know that the relationships formed with staff outside of the classroom are often the most impactful. Students trust staff to guide them through their university experience – and that is why we need you to be a part of the ExCeL QEP.
How You Can Contribute to the QEP
- Urge ÅÝܽÊÓÆµapps to explore their career options early to best align their experiential
learning options with their unique career goals.
- Encourage ÅÝܽÊÓÆµapps to register for the 0-6 credit hour course to receive internship/co-op notations on their transcript. If taken for 0
credits, there is no cost to the ÅÝܽÊÓÆµapps, but they will be required to reflect on
the experience and receive a 360 degree evaluation as part of the experience.
- If you supervise ÅÝܽÊÓÆµapp employment established as a course, you can provide a 360 degree evaluation to your ÅÝܽÊÓÆµapps by utilizing tools offered as part of the courses, including the .
